  • CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

    Pole Level 1

    Never been on a pole, or just starting on your pole journey? This is the class for you! Achieve your health and fitness goals while having more FUN than you ever thought possible.

    Pole Level 2

    If you've got a little experience on the pole - this is the class for you! We'll be working on cleaning up climbing, more advanced dance flows, and strength drills to start working toward going upside down.

    Pole Level 3

    Students need instructor approval to attend

    If you can easily climb and are working on going upside down, this is the class for you! We'll start learning and polishing more difficult tricks, as well as cleaning up transitions in your dance flow.

    Pole Level 4

    Students need instructor approval to attend

    Mastered your climb and your invert? Welcome to advanced pole! The focus here is putting together combinations of tricks up the pole, and adding your own special flavor to really dance it all out.

    Pole Flow (All Levels)

    Get that gooey, fluid look to your dancing that pole dancers are best known for. We'll focus on waves, undulations, transitions, and all the details that make your dancing look smooth and sexy.

    Floorwork (All Levels)

    To make your dancing look great, you want to master all the levels - both up the pole and down on the floor. This class focuses on all the details of dancing on the floor, including rolls and other basic acrobatic moves. We won't use the poles, but everything you learn can be added to a pole dancing flow.

    Flexibility: Splits (All Levels)

    Let's get bendy and flexy! Increase your flexibility, especially in the legs and hips, working towards a full split pose. No experience or equipment necessary, but it may be helpful to have a yoga mat, 2 blocks, and a strap.

    Flexibility: Backbends (All Levels)

    Let's get bendy and flexy! Increase your flexibility, especially in the back and shoulders, working towards a full bridge pose. No experience or equipment necessary, but it may be helpful to have a yoga mat, 2 blocks, and a strap.

    Rolling & Recovery (All Levels)

    Cross-training is important for every pole body, to so we don't overuse muscles or get injured. In this class, we'll give you the tools to recover from your time on the pole and leave your body top shape. Foam rolling, gentle stretching, and Pilates-based strength training will get you ready to get back on the pole.
