    Welcome to 2019! Achieve your health and fitness goals while having more FUN than you ever thought possible. Pole fitness is an incredible way to build muscle, drop body fat, increase confidence, and empower yourself in all areas of your life.


    On Saturdays I hold a group pole class that is open to all levels, and is is a safe space for all genders, ages, races, body types and shapes, and sexual orientations.

    • Group Pole Class is limited to 6 students so everyone gets pole time.
    • Sign up in advance to reserve your spots. Drop-ins are not available.
