    Yoga/Flexibility

    Day & Time: Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30PM

    Prerequisite: None. Open to all ability levels.

    Studio: Not Your Average Workout

    Address: 5031 Stage Rd.

    This class is essential cross-training for pole dancers and aerialists to help keep your body healthy and happy. Rebalance your body and your mind. Through Yoga flows and deep stretching, you will feel your body open and your stress and tension melt away.

    Pole Fitness

    Day & Time: Mondays, 7:30 - 8:45PM

    Prerequisite: Some pole experience or instructor approval.

    Studio: Not Your Average Workout

    Address: 5031 Stage Rd.

    Pole Fitness is an amazing way to build strength and confidence. This class is for students who already have pole experience and are looking to advance their skills. We focus on strength training, working towards harder tricks, learning unexpected transitions, and perfecting your flow.     Yoga For Climbers

    Day & Time: Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:30PM and

    Fridays, 11:30AM - 12:30PM

    Prerequisite: None. Open to all ability levels.

    Studio: Memphis Rox Climbing & Community

    Address: 879 E. Mclemore Ave.

    Increase your agility, flexibility, and mental focus in this 60-minute yoga flow tailored specifically to rock climbers. We'll focus on shoulder and hip mobility, finger and forearm strength, and challenging both the body and mind.

    Arms & Abs

    Day & Time: Saturdays, 11:00 - 11:45AM

    Prerequisite: None. Open to all ability levels.

    Studio: Tapestry Performing Arts

    Address: 3405 Summer Ave.

    Sculpt and shape your arms and abs through functional bodyweight training. This 45-minute class combines power yoga, Pilates mat, and gymnastics conditioning exercises to create a balanced dancer body. Get ready to sweat it out and tone those hard-to-get upper body and core areas.

    Flexibility Training

    Day & Time: Saturdays, 12:00 - 1:30PM

    Prerequisite: None. Open to all ability levels.

    Studio: Tapestry Performing Arts

    Address: 3405 Summer Ave.

    Stretch your limits in this 90-minute class, as we take your body's
    flexibility to the next level. Learning proper alignment in both active and
    static stretches, we will increase the range of motion all across your
    body, with a special focus on hips and shoulders. Perfect for dancers,
    yogis, aerialists, and anyone who wants to move with more freedom.
