Liz Kinnmark is the founder and owner of Bendy Beast Fitness. She loves sharing her passion for movement and teaching people to love their bodies. Whoever you are and wherever you're at on your fitness journey, our gyms support everyone. We believe that the path to health and wellness is not about changing your body and wanting it to be different. Instead, through movement classes, we teach you to love your body just the way it is, and the ripple effects from that mental change are enormous. You will watch your body change in a healthy way, your attitude change, your relationships change, and the way you move through the whole world change.

Priscilla began practicing aerial silks in her little hometown 10 years ago. When she had the courage to get out and try something new, she picked up her bags and moved to South Korea where she began her pole dancing journey. The ride has had a few more stops since then, some of them bumpy, but she’s been blessed to learn from a multitude of different instructors and experience their unique styles. She’s set up shop in a few locations to teach aerial silk, hoop, and hammock, as well as pole, heels, and burlesque classes. She’s excited to share her experience with Bendy Beast and learn all she can from the instructors and students!
